Cato HR has an exceptional reputation for service and quality and is managed by its founder Wendy Cato, who has over 20 years experience in training and assessment.  She has overseen the operations of three RTO's and worked in senior positions with several others. Wendy is reknown as a RPL and TAA specialist / practioner and a strong advocate of holistic and clustered trianing and assessment. Wendy  is also a NARA auditor.
